SENIOR IOS ENGINEER

We’re seeking an experienced Senior iOS Engineer to develop and optimize our iOS applications, using strong expertise in modern mobile technologies. You’ll be involved throughout the entire mobile app lifecycle, shaping features, designing software, and refining the user experience. We’re looking for someone who can contribute independently in a mature Agile product environment, taking ownership from refinement through delivery with minimal hand-holding. Your responsibilities: • Build and maintain reliable, high-performing iOS apps. • Write clean, efficient and testable Swift code. • Work closely with engineering, product, design, and QA teams. • Translate product requirements into solid technical solutions. • Drive features independently from requirements clarification through implementation, • QA collaboration, release readiness, and production support. • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and ambiguities, and communicate them early with • Product, QA, and Engineering. • Contribute to high-quality engineering practices through thoughtful technical decisions, clear pull requests, and constructive code reviews. • Refactor and modernize legacy code and support the transition toward a modular application architecture. We are looking for you, if you have: • 5+ years of iOS development experience, ideally in product-driven or high-scale environments. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex challenges into actionable steps. • Focus on scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform health. • Experience working in Agile teams with planning, estimation, and iterative delivery. • Highly self-managed, dependable, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. • Clear communicator who asks clarifying questions, keeps stakeholders informed, and follows through on commitments. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and proposing practical solutions in a fast-moving environment. • Strong expertise in Swift, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modular app architecture. • Experienced with Combine, UIKit (mandatory), SwiftUI, Cocoapods, SPM, and dependency injection. • Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs, data processing, and error management. • Able to analyze and improve app performance, memory usage, stability, and responsiveness. • Proven ability to deliver polished, intuitive, user-focused mobile interfaces. • Confident with standard engineering workflows including Git, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD, and release processes. • Experience working in mature Agile product teams, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, QA collaboration, and iterative delivery. • Excellent communication skills in English.
