Job description
<p>This opportunity is ideal for experienced process improvement and operations professionals who enjoy creating efficient workflows, improving service delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.</p><p>What You'll Do:</p><ul><li>Support service deployments and onboarding activities by documenting workflows and ensuring operational readiness.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, playbooks, and process documentation.</li><li>Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Lead and support process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality.</li><li>Facilitate process mapping sessions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.</li><li>Track project milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for service launches and operational initiatives.</li><li>Monitor process performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and operational governance processes.</li><li>Partner with Operations, Technology, Infrastructure, HR, Quality, and Training teams to implement new processes and support organizational change.</li><li>Assist with onboarding, training, and adoption of new or updated processes across teams.</li><li>Support escalation management by identifying process gaps and recommending long-term solutions.</li><li>Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations to improve operational performance and stakeholder experience.</li></ul>
<p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>At least 3 years of professional experience in process management, project coordination, service delivery, business operations, or a related role.</li><li>Experience documenting business processes, workflows, SOPs, and operational procedures.</li><li>Experience supporting project implementations, service launches, or operational transitions.</li><li>Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented approach to work.</li></ul><p>Nice to Haves:</p><ul><li>Experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or agency environments.</li><li>Experience supporting global service delivery or shared services organizations.</li><li>Familiarity with process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management methodologies.</li><li>Experience creating dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational performance metrics.</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools and process documentation platforms.</li><li>Experience supporting continuous improvement, operational excellence, or governance initiatives.</li><li>Experience working with enterprise clients or large global organizations.</li></ul>
