<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position&#xa0;specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.</li><li>Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong&#xa0;candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.</li><li>Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their&#xa0;progress.</li><li>Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and&#xa0;compensation guidelines to support recommendations.</li><li>Mentor Recruiters and other team members.</li></ul><p><strong>Location:&#xa0;</strong>This role is considered as remote for candidates within the Metro Detroit area, although occasional travel to Houston Texas will be required.</p><p><strong>Work Set up: </strong>Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Skillset: </strong>This role requires experience hiring for roles such as: Electrical and Software engineers, Have worked directly with Engineering VPs and Senior Stake holders,&#xa0;Supported product development organizations, Create and manage&#xa0;specialized talent pools, Has the ability to work with and discuss market intelligence and workforce planning at a senior level.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p> <p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or&#xa0;equivalent experience).</li><li>Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO&#xa0;or agency setting.</li><li>Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Workday&#xa0;and social media tools.</li><li>Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related&#xa0;to talent acquisition.&#xa0;</li><li>Having recruited for roles in Energy Recruitment such as:&#xa0;Power Systems Engineers,&#xa0;Electrical Engineers,&#xa0;Firmware Engineers,&#xa0;Embedded Software Engineers,&#xa0;Battery Engineers is an advantage.</li></ul> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
