Job description

About the role Panorama is looking for an Events Marketing Manager to design, plan, and execute a portfolio of hosted, virtual, and third-party in-person events that drive pipeline growth and support brand visibility. This role owns event planning and execution across multiple formats—from industry conferences and Panorama-hosted customer showcases to webinars and virtual learning experiences—applying strategic judgment and expertise to event selection, strategy, and implementation while delivering high-quality execution. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Events Marketing to evaluate opportunities, develop recommendations, and execute events aligned to Panorama’s broader go-to-market strategy. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and plays a key role in ensuring our event investments translate into meaningful engagement, qualified lead generation, and measurable pipeline outcomes. Responsibilities- • Own end-to-end execution of assigned in-person events, including industry conferences, field activations, customer meetings, and partner collaborations. • Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination (booth, swag fulfillment, catering), venue selection, registration, speaker management, invoices and billing, attendee communications, lead scanning, and onsite delivery. • Own lead capture and delivery. Implement lead collection strategies, engagement tactics, data hygiene management and follow-up strategies in all events. • Collaborate with marketing partners (demand generation, marketing operations, product marketing, campaigns, design) to ensure messaging, positioning, and campaign alignment. • Maintain detailed timelines, run-of-show plans, event documentation, and communication workflows. • Build and maintain templates, playbooks, and systems that scale event operations and support consistency. • Track and analyze performance across assigned events, including registrations, attendance, engagement, lead volume and pipeline influence. Use HubSpot and Salesforce to track event-sourced leads through the sales funnel, measure pipeline contribution, and calculate ROI for each event investment. • Create dashboards & insights: Develop recurring reports on key metrics (lead source, conversion rates, pipeline velocity by event type) and share recommendations with leadership to optimize future event planning. • Work with MarketingOps and RevOps teams to configure event campaigns in Salesforce/HubSpot, set up lead routing, and ensure data hygiene. • Partner with Sales and Client Partnerships to align on event goals, staffing needs, outreach plans, and follow-up execution. • Evaluate potential hosted, virtual, and third-party events, assessing audience fit, pipeline opportunity, cost, and strategic value. • 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or related roles with exposure to both in-person and virtual/webinar execution. • Demonstrated ability to design event plans, make strategic recommendations, and execute across multiple event formats and channels. • Experience executing hosted events (customer conferences, workshops, webinars), third-party conferences, field events, and partner activations. • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while juggling vendor relationships and timelines. • CRM & Marketing Automation proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce, including campaign creation, lead management, reporting, and pipeline tracking. • Data-driven mindset: Ability to design metrics, track KPIs, generate reports, and translate performance data into actionable insights. • Familiarity with event tools and lead management workflows (registration tools, badge scans, CRM/MAP integration). • Experience in edtech preferred, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a complex B2B SaaS environment. Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000. Our salary is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonuses or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits Some of the additional benefits offered are: • 401K with an employer match • Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability coverage. • Flexible spending account for health care and dependent care • Wellness Reimbursement • Work from Home Reimbursement • Flexible vacation policy • Parental leave program • Company Issued Laptop
