<ul><li>To develop a strategic and durable partnership between SGS and assigned global clients, representing SGS at all levels with special attention to Director and VP level.</li><li>To identify and develop new revenue opportunities within our client base, working closely with the SGS network and global Technical Competence Team&#xa0;</li><li>To manage the successful implementation and delivery of diverse and/or complex client-specific projects of different sizes on a global basis by ensuring contractual obligations and deliverables are met and client’s expectations exceeded, where possible</li><li>Responsible for the development of long-term sustainable business partnerships between SGS&#xa0; and our Key international&#xa0; clients.&#xa0;</li><li>Represent the SGS network in reporting directly to our client’s senior management teams in a professional manner regarding SGS’ performance&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Responsible for the strategic growth and development of key international clients.&#xa0; Develop and ensure successful implementation of a client specific Global Key Account Development Plan, matching the key drivers and needs of the client with SGS&#xa0;</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between SGS and the client’s management team at a Director or VP level in order to lead and ensure the smooth and effective management of existing programs with the global network in accordance with client KPIs.</li><li>Supervise the deployment and enhancement of global co-operative agreements within the SGS network, ensuring that all program elements are properly deployed and monitored on an on-going basis.&#xa0;</li><li>Liaise effectively with <strong>global technical teams</strong> in advance of the deployment of new projects to ensure the optimum execution structure and technical support is agreed and implemented.</li><li>Manage the investigation and resolution/remediation processes for any client concerns or complaints or claims following appropriate escalation procedures as required.&#xa0;</li><li>Identify and mitigate risk relating to poor performance and/or client expectations, with a proactive and constructive approach.&#xa0;</li></ul> <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in <strong>B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles</strong> within <strong>services, and solutions based</strong> environments</li><li>Proven <strong>hunter sales background</strong> with demonstrated success in new business acquisition, building long-term client relationship, and driving upsell/cross-sell through existing clients.&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to contribute and <strong>lead a global business development strategy,</strong> identifying growth opportunities and building scalable sales approaches across regions.</li><li>Experience <strong>selling multi-service or solution-based offerings</strong>, ideally across multiple customer needs.</li><li>Established professional <strong>network within retailers and/or consumer brands in Europe</strong>, with the ability to leverage relationships to open doors and accelerate pipeline development and establish long-term global partnership is preferred.</li><li>Experience selling into multinational or cross‑border environments, working with international stakeholders and coordinating internally across regions or service lines</li><li>Negotiation on <strong>Global Master Agreements/ Global Frame Agreements with Global Partner i</strong>s mandatory</li><li>Worked in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments, managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Experience within the TIC sector is an advantage</li><li><strong>Fluent English required</strong>; additional European languages are a strong advantage</li></ul> <p><strong>Why SGS?</strong></p><ul><li>Global and very stable company, world leader in the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) industry.</li><li>SGS university and Campus for continuos learning options.</li><li>Multinational environment where you will work with colleagues from multiple continents.</li><li>Benefits platform.</li><li>Hybrid working model</li></ul><p><strong>Join Us:&#xa0;</strong>At SGS we believe in innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.&#xa0; We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and personal development.&#xa0;</p>
