Job Responsibilities • Own and Grow Accounts: Manage and expand relationships with major retailers like Walmart, Belk, and Kohl’s, while spearheading new international retail opportunities. • Drive Sales Impact: Execute strategies that scale revenue and profitability across multiple channels—online and in-store. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (Planning, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless fulfillment, promotions, and sell-through optimization. • Analyze and Act: Monitor sales trends, performance KPIs, and margin reports to identify growth opportunities and corrective actions. • Lead Projects: Support key initiatives, from new brand launches to global expansion pilots, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
