Job description
Accountabilities:
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 10–15 high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for bill pay and bookkeeping services.
• Deliver exceptional client service through timely transaction processing, recurring reporting, and customized financial reporting requests.
• Partner with advisory teams to understand client needs and provide guidance on best practices related to accounts payable and financial administration services.
• Lead onboarding initiatives by collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to establish efficient service structures and operational processes.
• Oversee bill payment activities and coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide oversight of bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate reconciliations and maintenance of books and records for clients and related entities.
• Maintain accountability for service delivery standards and continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure consistent execution and a superior client experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial operations, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients in a client service or relationship management capacity.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of BILL.com and QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients and stakeholders.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
