Job description

Accountabilities: The role focuses on improving digital conversion performance by owning website optimisation, customer journeys, and AI-driven growth initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, running experiments, and delivering measurable improvements across the funnel. • Own UI/UX optimisation and conversion performance across multiple websites and customer journeys. • Improve landing pages, website messaging, calls-to-action, and value propositions to increase funnel entry rates. • Design and execute A/B tests and conversion rate optimisation experiments, measuring impact through data and user behaviour insights. • Identify friction points and drop-offs throughout the customer journey and implement solutions to improve engagement. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to launch website and funnel improvements. • Introduce AI-powered experiences, workflows, and automation opportunities to improve customer discovery and conversion. • Use analytics and behavioural insights to continuously improve website performance and experimentation velocity. • Progressively take ownership of end-to-end funnel performance, including pricing, packaging, and monetisation insights. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines eCommerce expertise, strong analytical thinking, and hands-on experience building high-performing digital experiences. You should be comfortable working independently, experimenting quickly, and using AI as a tool for building scalable systems. • 4–7 years of experience in eCommerce, conversion rate optimisation, digital product, or UX-focused growth roles. • Proven experience improving website conversion rates, landing pages, and digital funnels with measurable business outcomes. • Strong understanding of customer behaviour, funnel optimisation, user experience, and experimentation methodologies. • Hands-on experience with analytics and behavioural tools such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or similar platforms. • Experience designing website components, improving copy, and optimising customer-facing experiences. • Demonstrated ability to build and deploy AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents to solve business challenges. • Ability to think strategically while executing practical improvements quickly. • Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Revenue teams. • Customer-centric mindset with strong ownership, structured thinking, and data-driven decision-making. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
