Accountabilities: The Logistics Assistant will support daily logistics operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring operational processes run efficiently. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Enter and maintain logistics, shipment, and inventory-related data accurately in ERP systems and internal tracking tools. • Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, shipping labels, and related operational paperwork. • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to support timely and accurate shipment execution. • Manage shipment activities through platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and similar logistics tools. • Provide administrative and operational support to Logistics Coordinators and managers. • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across all logistics activities. • Assist with additional supply chain, administrative, and operational tasks as required. • Help identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability within logistics workflows. Requirements: The ideal candidate should have strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and an interest in logistics and supply chain operations. Experience with shipping processes, ERP tools, or warehouse environments will be considered an advantage. • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow established processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook 365. • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new systems and processes. • Previous experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, warehouse operations, or data entry is preferred. • Familiarity with ERP systems, shipping software, FedEx, UPS, or similar platforms is a plus. • Experience in distribution centers, manufacturing, wholesale, or customer service environments is beneficial. • Knowledge of freight terminology, shipping methods, and inventory processes is an advantage.
