Accountabilities:
As the Manager/Director of Revenue Operations, you will build and lead the operational infrastructure that supports commercial growth. You will own revenue systems, reporting, forecasting, and process optimization while partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Build and own the Revenue Operations function, including commercial processes, systems, reporting frameworks, and operating rhythms.
• Serve as the primary owner of CRM operations, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, process adoption, and continuous system optimization.
• Develop and manage revenue forecasting processes, pipeline governance, and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain scalable pipeline management frameworks, including opportunity definitions, qualification criteria, sales stages, and forecasting methodologies.
• Establish deal desk processes that support pricing approvals, commercial reviews, contract workflows, and collaboration across teams.
• Design dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures that provide a reliable source of commercial insights across the organization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leaders to improve customer lifecycle processes and accelerate business growth.
• Lead recurring commercial operating cadences, including pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, and strategic business reviews.
• Identify operational gaps, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement automation opportunities to increase productivity.
• Develop a long-term Revenue Operations roadmap that supports organizational growth and future scalability.
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership through data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, reporting, analysis, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations leader with a strong background in scaling processes, systems, and analytics within fast-growing technology environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in ambiguous, high-growth settings.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience building or scaling revenue operations functions within a healthcare technology, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Proven expertise managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, including administration, optimization, and data governance.
• Strong track record developing forecasting processes, pipeline management frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Experience creating reporting infrastructure, dashboards, business intelligence solutions, and commercial performance analytics.
• Deep understanding of revenue lifecycle management, sales processes, and commercial operating models.
• Ability to translate complex business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to operate independently, build structure from ambiguity, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate emerging technologies into daily workflows.

• Competitive base salary range of $145,000 - $185,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
