Job description

Accountabilities: The Service Delivery Coordinator will support recruitment delivery operations by coordinating workflows, maintaining accurate information, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, recruiters, and internal teams. • Collect and organise client requirements, role details, and recruitment information accurately. • Work closely with recruiters to support timely candidate delivery and ensure priorities are aligned. • Maintain trackers, reports, and operational data related to team submissions and client progress. • Coordinate candidate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and clients. • Respond to client queries and provide timely operational support. • Maintain workflow tools, including role allocation and task management systems, according to team processes. • Support candidate submissions through multiple channels, including email communication and online portals. • Help improve recruitment delivery processes by identifying gaps and supporting operational efficiency. Requirements: The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities in a remote, international environment. • Experience in recruitment coordination, service delivery, operations, administration, or a related support role. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and trackers. • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and internal stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working with remote teams across different locations and time zones. • Ability to work early morning hours to align with Australian business hours. • Familiarity with recruitment processes, candidate management, or IT staffing is a plus. • Proficiency with digital collaboration and workflow management tools.
