VIDEO EDITOR

Accountabilities: As a Video Editor, you will own the complete video production lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery, creating high-quality content that supports customer initiatives and digital commerce experiences. You will collaborate with creative, marketing, product, sales, and customer teams to transform concepts into compelling visual stories while continuously improving production efficiency. • Manage the end-to-end video editing process, including planning, editing, reviewing, and delivering polished video assets. • Create engaging video content optimized for ecommerce, livestream, social media, and digital platforms. • Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate workflows, enhance content quality, and explore innovative production methods. • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life and align content with business objectives. • Analyze performance data and feedback to refine content strategies and improve engagement. • Repurpose videos across multiple channels while maintaining strong brand consistency and creative standards. • Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve production processes, and scale creative output. • Support a variety of creative needs, including editing, motion graphics, concept development, template creation, and problem-solving. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a creative and adaptable professional with strong video production expertise, a passion for emerging technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should combine strong storytelling skills with technical proficiency and a proactive approach to solving creative challenges. • 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a startup, agency, technology company, or similarly fast-moving creative environment. • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, along with experience using CapCut or similar editing platforms. • Experience leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and content quality. • Strong creative judgment combined with an analytical mindset and understanding of content performance. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in an evolving environment. • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach when working with diverse teams. • Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining speed and efficiency. • Curiosity about AI, video, and creator technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning. • A builder mindset with the ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and improve existing processes.
