SALESFORCE DATA CLOUD DEVELOPER/ARCHITECT

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer/Architect to join the Energy Supply team. The person in this role will design, build and optimize data solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud to support customer, billing and operational use cases. Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable Salesforce Data Cloud architectures that integrate with CRM, billing and other enterprise systems. • Develop data models, ingestion pipelines and transformations to ensure high-quality, accessible data for analytics and operational use. • Collaborate with product owners, architects and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation, data lineage and solution diagrams. • Build and optimize performance of queries, segmentations and real-time data streams within the Salesforce environment. • Provide guidance on best practices for data governance, security and compliance relevant to the energy sector. • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing and mentoring of less experienced colleagues. Qualifications • Minimum five years of professional experience in data engineering, Salesforce development or related roles. • Proven expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, ingestion and real-time processing. • Strong understanding of CRM integrations, APIs, ETL/ELT processes and cloud data architectures. • Experience with SQL, scripting languages and data transformation tools. • Familiarity with data governance, security practices and compliance requirements in enterprise environments; experience in the energy supply industry is an advantage. • English language proficiency at C1 level or higher. • Nice to have - German language.
