Job description
<p><strong>Project – the aim you’ll have</strong></p><p>As an AI & Technology Solutions Project Manager, you will work closely with our clients to manage the delivery of technology projects, with a strong focus on AI-enabled solutions and modern infrastructure platforms. Depending on the project, you may coordinate projects on AI/ML solutions, cloud and infrastructure services, GPU-based platforms, automation, or traditional IT infrastructure.<br>
You will be responsible for managing agile processes, ensuring effective client communication, and delivering high-quality outcomes across fixed-scope and managed delivery projects.</p><p><strong>Position – how you’ll contribute</strong></p><ul><li>Managing AI, infrastructure, cloud, platform, and technology delivery projects</li><li>Coordinating the work of AI Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical specialists</li><li>Monitoring project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality</li><li>Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders</li><li>Managing monthly settlements with clients and team members</li><li>Overseeing project resource allocation and supporting team planning</li><li>Defining and measuring metrics to track team progress, goals, risks, and areas for improvement</li><li>Working effectively across multiple projects simultaneously, with strong context-switching skills</li><li>Supporting commercial and contractual aspects of cooperation with clients, including scope, assumptions, clauses, and delivery commitments</li></ul>
<p><strong>Expectations – the experience you need</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a similar managerial or delivery-focused position</li><li>Experience leading technology projects, ideally in AI, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or software delivery</li><li>Ability to manage fixed-scope, time & material, or managed delivery projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes</li><li>Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools</li><li>Familiarity with project planning activities such as T-shirt sizing, backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and defining acceptance criteria</li><li>Experience monitoring and ensuring project margins, profitability, and delivery efficiency</li><li>Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and switch contexts effectively</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish</li></ul><p><strong>Additional skills – the edge you have</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of AI/ML implementation processes and best practices</li><li>Experience with cloud, infrastructure, GPU, HPC, DevOps, or platform engineering projects</li><li>Understanding of managed services, IT operations, or infrastructure delivery models</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Certifications in AI/ML, cloud, agile, project management, or IT service management</li></ul>
