About the role We're looking for an experienced Vice President Sales – DACH to lead our commercial strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable SaaS growth. As VP Sales DACH, you'll own the commercial success of the region—from new customer acquisition and account growth to partner development and revenue forecasting. You'll lead a talented commercial team while working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Services to accelerate growth and strengthen Ibexa's position as a leading DXP provider in the DACH market. What you'll do Own the commercial success of the DACH region You'll be accountable for delivering ambitious revenue objectives and building a predictable, scalable business across the region by: • Owning the regional revenue strategy and execution. • Delivering Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and new business targets. • Driving customer expansion through upsell and cross-sell initiatives. • Improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across the customer portfolio. • Building accurate forecasts and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. • Developing territory plans to accelerate market penetration. Lead and inspire a high-performing commercial team You'll create an environment where people can perform at their best by: • Leading and coaching Account Executives, Partner Managers and regional Account Managers. • Recruiting, developing and retaining top commercial talent. • Building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. • Supporting career development and succession planning. • Empowering your teams with clear objectives and performance expectations. Accelerate new business growth You'll define how Ibexa wins in the DACH market by: • Identifying high-potential industries and target accounts. • Developing strategic account and territory plans. • Increasing pipeline generation through direct and partner channels. • Supporting complex enterprise opportunities. • Driving multi-product sales across Ibexa's portfolio. Strengthen customer growth and retention Working closely with Customer Success and Account Management, you'll: • Support strategic customer relationships and executive sponsorship. • Drive expansion opportunities across existing customers. • Contribute to renewal success and long-term customer value. • Participate in executive business reviews for key accounts. • Ensure customer feedback helps shape our commercial strategy. Grow our partner ecosystem Partners play a critical role in our success. You'll: • Build and strengthen relationships with strategic implementation and technology partners. • Increase partner-generated pipeline and revenue. • Support joint go-to-market initiatives. • Drive partner enablement and long-term engagement. Drive operational excellence You'll ensure the region operates with discipline and transparency by: • Delivering reliable sales forecasts. • Monitoring pipeline health and sales performance. • Leading quarterly business reviews. • Identifying business risks and opportunities. • Optimising resource allocation and regional performance.
