SENIOR MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT LEAD (M/F/D)

<p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Shape Redcare’s MDM operating model, connecting different domains through continuous improvement, federated governance, and scalable MDM processes.</li><li>Lead focused MDM initiatives from design to adoption, defining success criteria around data quality, stakeholder engagement, compliance with applicable laws and policies, and architectural fit.</li><li>Lead cross-functional delivery for MDM, from integration initiatives with Data Architecture and Data Engineering teams to alignment with business stakeholders, data owners, and data stewards.</li><li>Design the governed golden record layer, translating business processes into modern data management flows (e.g. matching and merging records, handling exceptions, and defining confidence thresholds) with a strong focus on automation and human-in-the-loop validation.</li><li>Establish recurring data quality management around critical data elements, from profiling, DQ benchmarking, and data cleansing to issue management, remediation workflows, dashboards and KPIs that make progress visible.</li></ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You bring senior hands-on experience building <strong>MDM operating models</strong> in complex, cross-functional environments.</li><li>You have implemented or configured at least one <strong>MDM platform</strong> such as CluedIn, Profisee, Informatica MDM, and you understand how data models, business-driven data quality rules, automation workflows, and stewardship queues work in practice.</li><li>You care about making governance real: you can influence senior business owners, resolve ownership conflicts, guide stewards, and keep <strong>GDPR, data protection, access controls, and auditability</strong> in focus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with the <strong>Microsoft data ecosystem</strong> (including Azure Databricks, Purview, Fabric, and Entra) is a strong plus, and experience with procurement, finance, and customer data is also appreciated.</li></ul> <p><strong>About your benefits:</strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family, or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits:</p><ul><li><strong>Work from Home</strong>: If your job does not require you to be present in the office, we can arrange the place you work from individually - even for up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU.</li><li><strong>Personal development</strong>: Grow!
