BINANCE ACCELERATOR PROGRAM - UX RESEARCHER (NON-TECHNICAL)

Accountabilities The UX Researcher will support product experience initiatives by analyzing user interactions, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with teams to create better user journeys. The role requires strong attention to detail, user empathy, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. • Evaluate product functionality and user processes from the customer’s perspective. • Provide user experience reports and feedback to help product teams improve platform usability. • Analyze user journeys and identify areas where processes can be simplified or enhanced. • Support onboarding experiences by assisting new users with questions and challenges. • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to share user insights and recommendations. • Document findings clearly through reports, presentations, and written feedback. • Participate in cross-functional discussions to understand user needs and product improvements. • Contribute to creating a more intuitive and accessible digital product experience. • Build knowledge of Web3 products, user behavior, and emerging technology trends. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a motivated student or early-career professional interested in UX research, product development, and emerging technologies. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with international teams are essential for success. • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and available to work five days per week for a six-month program period. • Strong interest in user experience, product design, customer behavior, or digital platforms. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Project, and Visio. • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to create clear reports and communicate user insights effectively. • Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders. • Customer-focused mindset with awareness of user needs and service quality. • Fluency in English is required, with bilingual English/Mandarin skills preferred for coordination with international stakeholders. • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a global team environment.
