Accountabilities: The NK Sales Representative will be responsible for growing sales performance within an assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, delivering brand strategies, and providing expert guidance on agricultural solutions. • Execute brand strategies and sales initiatives to achieve key objectives, including differentiation, innovation, performance, and market growth. • Support retail sales activities and collaborate with channel partners to drive profitable territory expansion. • Deliver product campaigns, promotions, and solutions to targeted customers through selected distribution channels. • Develop strong knowledge of seed products and provide recommendations related to crop solutions and field performance. • Serve as a trusted advisor to growers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and partnering with agronomy teams when needed. • Achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets across the assigned territory. • Build long-term customer relationships through consultative selling, technical expertise, and consistent field support. • Engage with channel partners to improve grower connections and ensure effective delivery of agricultural solutions. • Manage territory resources, operational budgets, selling expenses, and marketing funds according to established guidelines. • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines agricultural knowledge, sales experience, and strong relationship-building abilities to support growers and drive business results. • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience with significant agricultural industry background. • 2+ years of agronomic sales experience or related agricultural customer-facing experience. • Strong understanding of farming practices, crop solutions, and agricultural market dynamics. • Knowledge or interest in corn and soybean products is preferred. • Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. • Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships. • Ability to manage budgets, selling expenses, and territory resources effectively. • Experience collaborating with retail partners, distributors, or agricultural networks is a plus. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
