SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Accountabilities As a Senior Software Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications while ensuring high standards of code quality and performance. • Develop and maintain backend systems using ASP.NET and C#, creating reliable and scalable software solutions. • Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, including query performance improvements and database architecture enhancements. • Build and support mobile application features using .NET MAUI across different platforms. • Work with Azure DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and development workflows. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system-level, performance, and application issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliver new features, and improve existing solutions. • Ensure software quality through maintainable coding practices, performance optimization, and technical best practices. • Contribute to system-level development and performance improvements using C++ when required. Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with strong backend development expertise, database knowledge, and the ability to work across multiple technology areas. • Strong professional experience with ASP.NET and C# development. • Solid experience designing, optimizing, and working with SQL Server databases. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for development processes, automation, and deployment workflows. • Experience developing mobile applications using .NET MAUI. • Experience working with C++ in system-level development or performance-sensitive environments. • Ability to contribute across backend and mobile application components. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges. • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and communicate technical concepts clearly. • Nice to have: Experience working with cloud-based environments, particularly Azure. • Nice to have: Experience optimizing high-performance or enterprise-scale systems.
