SR. FULL STACK ENGINEER

Accountabilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, React, and modern development frameworks. • Build and optimize backend services using Python frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI while following software engineering best practices. • Develop high-performance frontend applications using modern JavaScript standards, including ES6+ and React. • Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EKS, S3, and RDS. • Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes-based environments. • Deploy and support applications through Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. • Design, optimize, and maintain relational database structures, queries, and performance improvements using technologies such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. • Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions across application, infrastructure, and database layers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Document technical solutions, architectures, and processes to support knowledge sharing and effective collaboration. • Contribute to CI/CD workflows, automated testing practices, and secure software development processes. Requirements: • 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack engineering. • Proven experience delivering production-grade full-stack applications in enterprise or large-scale environments. • Advanced proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI. • Strong expertise in JavaScript, including ES6+ development practices and modern frontend architectures. • Extensive experience building scalable and performant applications using React. • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EKS, S3, RDS, or similar cloud infrastructure solutions. • Strong knowledge of Docker, containerization practices, and Kubernetes-based deployments. • Experience designing, optimizing, and managing relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent systems. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices. • Understanding of cloud application security best practices and secure development principles. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage complex technical challenges. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones. • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment. • Previous experience in financial services or enterprise technology environments is a plus. • Ability to provide coverage during US business hours until 1:00 PM ET, with extended availability until 5:00 PM ET during specific periods when required.
