STAFF SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT, BANKING

Accountabilities: As a Staff Solutions Architect, you will serve as a technical advisor for customers and prospects, helping organizations evaluate, adopt, and expand modern application architectures. You will partner with sales, engineering, and customer teams to provide strategic guidance, demonstrate technical solutions, and ensure successful implementations. • Collaborate with prospects and customers to assess application requirements and determine technical suitability for platform adoption. • Educate engineering teams and technical stakeholders on platform capabilities, architectural considerations, benefits, and limitations. • Design and present technical solutions, including prototypes, demonstrations, and architecture recommendations. • Position solutions effectively against competing technologies and traditional architectural approaches. • Support customers in expanding production deployments by providing guidance on application patterns, scalability, reliability, and best practices. • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. • Partner with account teams to develop technical strategies, support opportunity planning, and identify customer challenges and opportunities. • Provide expertise on distributed systems, cloud architecture, security, performance optimization, and operational best practices. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a highly experienced technical professional with strong architecture knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience advising organizations on complex software solutions. You should be comfortable working with engineering teams, leading technical discussions, and translating business needs into scalable architectures. • Based in Bangalore, India. • Exceptional technical communication skills, including experience presenting, whiteboarding, and creating technical documentation. • Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts, architecture patterns, and software design principles. • Experience designing, developing, and deploying applications using one or more programming languages such as Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP. • Strong understanding of production application considerations, including security, reliability, scalability, performance, cost management, and operational excellence. • Ability to provide strategic architectural guidance for application platforms and engineering environments. • Experience with at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with modern cloud-native development services. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand complex technical environments. • Experience serving as a technical advisor or solutions architect for enterprise customers. • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, sales teams, and business stakeholders. • Prior experience in FinTech, banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage. • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and independently develop technical expertise.
