ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL ENGINEER, SITECORE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Total Experience 9+ years</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions using Sitecore.</li><li>Strong expertise in Sitecore XP, XM, XM Cloud, and enterprise Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).</li><li>Extensive experience with Sitecore Headless Services, Sitecore JSS, SXA, Experience Editor, and Experience Edge.</li><li>Experience designing and implementing Headless CMS and Composable DXP architectures.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Sitecore Personalization, Marketing Automation, and Sitecore Content Hub (preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.</li><li>Strong understanding of software architecture principles, SOLID principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.</li><li>Experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development.</li><li>Experience designing and implementing integrations with CRM, ERP, CDP, DAM, Marketing Automation platforms, Search platforms, Identity Providers, and third-party applications.</li><li>Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Application Insights, and Azure DevOps.</li><li>Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.</li><li>Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.</li><li>Strong experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Solr Search, and Azure Cognitive Search (preferred).</li><li>Experience leading Sitecore upgrades, migrations, platform modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.</li><li>Strong understanding of security, scalability, performance optimization, caching, and content delivery strategies.</li><li>Experience with Agile development methodologies and enterprise software delivery.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical teams.</li><li>Experience mentoring developers, conducting architecture reviews, and establishing engineering best practices.</li><li>Sitecore and Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Define and own the overall architecture for Sitecore-based Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solutions.</li><li>Design scalable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable Sitecore solutions aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, UX teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Sitecore XP, XM, XM Cloud, Headless Services, JSS, and SXA.</li><li>Lead Sitecore platform upgrades, migrations, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Architect Headless CMS and Composable DXP solutions leveraging modern front-end frameworks such as React.js and Next.js.</li><li>Define development standards, coding guidelines, architecture governance, and best practices across delivery teams.</li><li>Design enterprise integrations with CRM, ERP, CDP, DAM, Marketing Automation, Search platforms, Identity Providers, and other third-party systems.</li><li>Ensure application scalability, security, performance, availability, and maintainability across all digital platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment strategies.</li><li>Review technical designs, perform architecture assessments, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance for critical production incidents.</li><li>Evaluate emerging Sitecore capabilities and recommend platform improvements and modernization opportunities.</li><li>Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, architecture proposals, and technical presentations when required.</li><li>Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and promote engineering excellence across teams.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise digital experience solutions.</li></ul> <p>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p>
