Job description
<p><strong>Project – the aim you’ll have</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Google and Azure Cloud Engineer to join our managed services team, supporting clients in the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of their Google Cloud Platform/Microsoft Azure environments. The scope includes ongoing platform support, incident handling, monitoring, and ensuring the stability and security of cloud infrastructure.</p><p><strong>Position – how you’ll contribute</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor, maintain, and support GCP and Azure environments for managed services clients</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests</li><li>Manage cloud resources including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL (GCP) and Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, and Azure Functions</li><li>Configure and maintain networking components: VPC, Cloud DNS, Private Service Connect (GCP) and Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, Azure DNS, NSGs, Private Endpoints (Azure)</li><li>Ensure security and compliance through IAM, Org Policies, VPC Service Controls, Secret Manager, Cloud Audit Logs (GCP) and Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud (Azure)</li><li>Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps / Cloud Build / GitHub Actions pipelines</li><li>Collaborate with client teams and contribute to documentation and runbooks</li></ul>
<p><strong>Expectations – the experience you need</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure core services</li><li>Good understanding of GCP and Azure networking</li><li>Knowledge of Azure security fundamentals (Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud) and GCP (IAM, Org Policies, audit logging, Secret Manager)</li><li>Experience with Terraform (required) and Bicep(is a plus) for infrastructure as code</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build)</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot complex GCP and Azure infrastructure issues independently</li><li>Good communication skills in English and Polish (client-facing environment)</li></ul><p><strong>Additional skills – the edge you have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)</li><li>Experience with GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)</li><li>GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certification</li><li>AZ-104 and AZ-305 certification preferred</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks</li></ul>
