In this role, you will own the day-to-day allocation and deployment of talent across our client engagements — ensuring the right people are matched to the right work at the right time. You will serve as the operational backbone of the team: maintaining allocations, tracking utilization and billability, and producing the reporting that drives staffing decisions. You will also partner directly with business leaders and group leads on capacity planning, forecasting, and strategic resourcing across our creative and technology disciplines.
