About The Role We're hiring a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery on client engagements, starting with a contact center technology implementation and expanding into future digital delivery projects over time. This is a general digital delivery PM role rather than a single-platform specialist position, so you'll bring strong project management fundamentals across a variety of initiatives as the engagement grows. You will own overall project management discipline (scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication) across current and future workstreams. Location This role is 100% remote for candidates located anywhere in the U.S., with the exception of the Salt Lake City and Kansas City areas. Occasional travel may be required for high priority team meetings or client meetings. Candidates based in the Salt Lake City or Kansas City metropolitan areas should expect a more hybrid work arrangement, with periodic in person collaboration.
