STAFF CONTENT DESIGNER, INVESTING

Accountabilities • Serve as the content design expert for investing products, creating clear and engaging experiences for both new investors and experienced traders. • Translate complex financial concepts, terminology, and workflows into simple, accessible content without losing accuracy or depth. • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams early in the development process to shape product strategy and user experiences. • Create and refine content for sophisticated investing features, ensuring users can confidently understand and interact with financial tools. • Use AI-powered tools and workflows to increase efficiency, accelerate experimentation, and improve content creation throughout the product lifecycle. • Develop content standards, patterns, templates, and scalable workflows that improve consistency across products. • Contribute to design systems and establish content best practices that help teams create better user experiences. • Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent and compliant messaging across customer touchpoints. • Mentor and support other designers and team members by sharing expertise, coaching, and promoting strong content practices. • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related product content role at a senior or staff level. • Demonstrated ability to use writing and design thinking to improve user experiences and achieve measurable business outcomes. • Portfolio featuring at least three case studies showing your approach to content strategy, UX writing, and product design collaboration. • Strong ability to learn complex or unfamiliar subjects and become a trusted subject matter expert. • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, increase impact, or empower teams. • Experience creating content standards, guidelines, or integrating content practices into design systems. • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute detailed content solutions when needed. • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Experience mentoring, coaching, or enabling others through knowledge sharing and best practices. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, marketing, legal, and compliance stakeholders. • Financial services or investing experience is helpful but not required.
