UX Engineer — Design Systems & Frontend We're looking for a UX Engineer to take ownership of our design system and shared UI patterns, helping teams build faster and more consistently across the product. This role lives within Engineering but works at the intersection of Design, Product, and Frontend Engineering. You'll make sure design intent actually makes it into production — by building and maintaining the reusable components, primitives, and interaction patterns that teams rely on every day. Our product operates in a heavily regulated space, including healthcare, so precision, accessibility, and consistency aren't optional — they're core to the work. The goal: give designers and engineers dependable, production-ready building blocks so they're not reinventing the wheel on every project.
