[VMM] SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER

<p><strong>Position - how you'll contribute</strong></p><p>●Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal solutions<br> ● Modifying and improving existing systems<br> ● Developing and maintaining solutions in accordance with best practices<br> ● Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure and application vulnerabilities<br> ● Performing system administration tasks including configuration, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and support while innovating to automate as much as possible<br> ● Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements<br> ● Performing software application installation, patching, and upgrades<br> ● Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the existing systems<br> ● Ownership of the custom build/deployment module</p> <ul><li>Strong experience administering Windows Server infrastructure in enterprise environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining IIS, including troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and general system maintenance.</li><li>Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in production environments.</li><li>Prior experience with Broadcom / CA products (SiteMinder, IdentityMinder, CA Directory) is preferred but not required.</li><li>Experience with comparable IAM platforms is also considered, including:<ul><li><strong>Web SSO / Access Management:</strong> Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID</li><li><strong>Identity Governance:</strong> SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager</li><li><strong>Directory Services / LDAP:</strong> Active Directory, OpenLDAP, Ping Directory</li></ul></li><li>Strong understanding of LDAP-based directory services and authentication technologies.</li><li>Proven experience with operational support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and production support of infrastructure and security platforms.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and support new IAM technologies with similar architectures and functionality.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Windows Server, IIS, and enterprise security platforms.</li></ul>
