<p>Join our dynamic team at TOMRA Food as a Field Service Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge food sorting systems. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the challenge of providing top-notch customer service, encompassing commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair activities primarily in France.</p><p>This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on work and independent problem-solving, making it an ideal fit for a passionate engineering enthusiast. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on work and independent problem-solving, making it an ideal fit for a passionate engineering enthusiast.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives.</li><li>Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes.</li><li>Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required.</li><li>Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operations and maintenance of our systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures.</li><li>Domestic travel up to 80% of the time</li></ul> <ul><li>Technical training to BAC+2 level in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.</li><li>Fluent in French and able to understand spoken and written English (min. B2) is&#xa0;<strong><u>mandatory</u></strong>&#xa0;for this role.
