Reporting to the Head of the AI Center of Excellence, you will act as the central intake point, strategist, and delivery owner for AI projects requested by teams across the business. Unlike a traditional PM aligned to a single department, this role spans the entire organization, partnering with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, HR, Legal, Marketing, Security, and beyond to identify, scope, and deliver AI-powered solutions that drive meaningful operational improvements.</p> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">What Will You Do?</h3> <p vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives based on business objectives, user feedback, and organizational priorities.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with stakeholders at all levels to capture requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Design and deliver AI-powered workflows and automations using tools including Claude Enterprise and Workato, in collaboration with AI engineering and IT teams.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Lead recurring alignment sessions with business stakeholders on AI initiative priorities, progress, and outcomes.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Evaluate emerging AI tools and capabilities and make build-vs-configure-vs-integrate recommendations grounded in business impact.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Manage project lifecycles end-to-end, including scope, timeline, resource coordination, risk management, and post-launch iteration.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, test cases, training materials, and stakeholder communications.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness and adoption experience with Claude Enterprise including prompt engineering, workflow design, and integrating Claude into business processes.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hands-on experience with Workato for building and managing enterprise automation and integration workflows.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated AI-forward mindset with active use of AI tools to accelerate work including requirements documentation, analysis, stakeholder communication, and process design.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comprehensive understanding of business processes and workflows across multiple functional domains with the ability to quickly ramp on new departments and their operational needs.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to work across the full project lifecycle from intake and scoping through delivery and post-launch support without being anchored to a single business unit.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency in translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering and integration teams.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with comfort facilitating alignment across diverse teams and presenting to senior leadership.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with project and product management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or equivalent.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with system design and integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise application ecosystems.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Deep expertise across the Anthropic product suite and experience advising teams on effective Claude usage patterns and governance.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience building AI Centers of Excellence or internal AI enablement programs.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Background delivering AI and ML-enabled products or automation platforms in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with additional AI and automation tools such as Workday AI, Salesforce Einstein, ServiceNow AI, or similar enterprise AI integrations.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience at a cybersecurity company or in a security-conscious technology environment.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">PMP, PSPO, or equivalent certification.</li> <li
