We are committed to expanding our footprint and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director (Bahasa Indonesia) to lead this effort.</p> <h4><strong>Job Description:</strong></h4> <p>The Commercial Director for the local market will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly in the areas of cryptocurrency and CFD and other asset classes.</p> <h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Identify and develop business opportunities to drive growth and market penetration.</li> <li>Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.</li> <li>Develop and implement effective Go-to-market and Business Development strategies tailored to achieve company objectives. </li> <li>Develop and implement effective Client Acquisitions and Retention strategies across multiple marketing channels.</li> <li>Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.</li> <li>Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.</li> <li>Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.</li> <li>Build and manage a regional team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.</li> <li>Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).</li> <li>In-depth understanding of the Nigerian financial markets and regulatory environment.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Omnichannel marketing</li> <li>Experience and strong understanding of budgeting, budget controls, unit economics and P&amp;L management. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary: </strong>Competitive<strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong><strong>Bonus:</strong> Performance-based Bonus</p>
