SENIOR PHILANTHROPY MANAGER

As Senior Philanthropy Manager , you will play a key role in connecting passionate supporters with opportunities to transform the lives of children living in poverty. Working as part of our Philanthropy team, you will develop and steward significant donor relationships, helping supporters engage deeply with our mission and understand the impact of their generosity. Through thoughtful relationship management, strategic planning and inspiring communication, you will help cultivate long-term partnerships that enable Compassion's ministry to flourish. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, listening well, identifying opportunities and creating meaningful connections that lead to lasting impact.
