ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR PRODUCT OWNER (RETAIL AND CPG)

<p>Job Description</p><p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>Total Experience 13 years+</li><li>Deep expertise in 2–3 Retail &amp; CPG domains such as Merchandising, PLM, Demand Planning, Logistics, Store Operations, Category Management, or Trade Promotion.</li><li>Strong understanding of the end-to-end Retail &amp; CPG value chain and key business drivers.</li><li>Experience leading large transformation programs (ERP, PLM, Supply Chain, Merchandising).</li><li>Proven experience conducting CXO workshops, presales, solutioning, and practice development.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and mentoring skills.</li><li>Exposure to AI/GenAI in Retail and COE/practice-building experience is a plus.</li></ul><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Act as the Retail &amp; CPG Domain SME and own the practice point of view.</li><li>Lead CXO workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic consulting engagements.</li><li>Drive presales, solutioning, proposals, and deal shaping.</li><li>Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and thought leadership assets.</li><li>Mentor consulting teams and ensure high-quality practice deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to support client transformations.</li><li>Represent Nagarro through client interactions, industry events, and practice-building initiatives.</li></ul> <p>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field</p>
