Job description

Accountabilities: • Lead end-to-end service delivery operations for cybersecurity and cloud security professional services engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance objectives are achieved. • Own the delivery lifecycle for FedRAMP advisory, implementation, continuous monitoring, and related security programs. • Develop and execute operational strategies, governance models, and delivery frameworks that support predictable and high-quality customer outcomes. • Partner with sales, compliance, customer success, and technical teams to improve service offerings, resolve challenges, and strengthen customer satisfaction. • Ensure delivery teams follow cybersecurity and compliance standards, including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP Moderate/High, DoD Impact Levels, and agency-specific authorization requirements. • Lead, mentor, and develop technical delivery teams including project managers, cloud architects, security engineers, and security analysts. • Work with executive leadership to forecast resource requirements, optimize team utilization, and support business growth initiatives. • Maintain awareness of emerging cybersecurity threats, cloud technologies, and evolving federal compliance requirements. • Review and approve statements of work, delivery plans, technical documentation, and program materials. • Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators while driving continuous improvement across service delivery operations. Requirements: • U.S. citizenship required. • 10+ years of experience leading service delivery, program management, operations, or professional services teams within cybersecurity, cloud services, or federal consulting environments. • Hands-on experience with FedRAMP advisory, implementation, continuous monitoring, or related compliance programs. • Proven experience managing complex technical programs for U.S. federal agencies or highly regulated organizations. • Extensive experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-53, FISMA, DFARS/CMMC, SOC requirements, and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes. • Demonstrated ability to lead distributed technical teams and large-scale professional services delivery organizations. • Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with federal cloud environments such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government Community Cloud, or GCP government solutions is preferred. • Background in cybersecurity consulting, managed security services, cloud transformation programs, or similar environments is a plus. • Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Architect credentials are preferred. • Familiarity with proposal development, delivery program pricing, and business development support is beneficial.
