SENIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY, WORKERS' COMPENSATION (REMOTE - BAY AREA, CALIFORNIA)

<p><strong>Candidates <em><u>MUST</u></em> be California State Barred and reside in Northern California</strong></p><p>Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join our team in Burbank, CA.<br> &#xa0;&#xa0;<br> Associates will report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a large team of paralegals and support staff.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Managing a docket of cases to resolution</li><li>Depositions:<ul><li>Preparing client for deposition</li><li>Attending depositions</li><li>Invoicing Depositions</li></ul></li><li>Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolution</li><li>Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls</li><li>Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed</li><li>Team Player:<ul><li>Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example</li><li>Participation in team events during work and after work hours</li><li>Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients</li></ul></li></ul> <ul><li>3+ Years of Workers' Compensation Experience Required</li><li>Comfortable with fast-paced work environments</li><li>Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)</li><li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar&#xa0;</li></ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Our law firm offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.
