Job description
<ul><li><p>Develop and maintain core positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for Mirantis’ AI infrastructure and cloud-native platform portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Translate highly technical product capabilities — GPU cluster orchestration, multi-cluster Kubernetes management, MLOps pipelines — into audience-specific narratives for practitioners, platform engineers, and C-suite buyers.</p></li><li><p>Own the competitive intelligence function: track competitors including Red Hat OpenShift AI, NVIDIA Base Command, Rancher/SUSE, VMware Tanzu, and emerging AI cloud providers; produce battlecards, comparisons, and win/loss analysis.</p></li><li><p>Produce a steady cadence of high-quality technical content: solution briefs, white papers, blog posts, use case studies, reference architectures, and demo scripts.</p></li><li><p>Partner with solution architects and product managers to develop technical content that educates buyers on AI infrastructure patterns, including LLM inference at scale, GPU scheduling, and developer platform self-service.</p></li><li><p>Support demand generation campaigns with compelling assets aligned to key personas: AI/ML engineers, platform ops teams, and infrastructure decision-makers.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and ROI frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Partner with solution architects and sales teams to distill field learnings into sharper messaging and better-targeted content.</p></li><li><p>Support product launches with go-to-market plans, launch kits, and internal training materials.</p></li><li><p>Monitor trends across the AI infrastructure, cloud-native, and open-source ecosystems to surface market insights that inform GTM strategy.</p></li><li><p>Support analyst and media briefings; contribute to Mirantis’ positioning in key industry conversations and reports.</p></li><li><p>Represent Mirantis’ platform perspective at industry events, webinars, and community forums as a subject matter resource.</p></li></ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>4–7 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a closely adjacent role (solutions marketing, developer marketing, content strategy) within the cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise software space.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to understand and credibly communicate complex technical concepts related to:</p><ul><li><p>Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native platforms</p></li><li><p>AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving, inference, GPU resource management, and MLOps tooling</p></li><li><p>Hybrid and multi-cloud deployment patterns across AWS, GCP, and Azure</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Strong writing and storytelling skills — able to produce clear, engaging content for both technical and business audiences without heavy editing.</p></li><li><p>Experience developing sales enablement materials and working directly with sales and pre-sales teams.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with the competitive landscape across cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, and open-source ecosystems (e.g., Red Hat, NVIDIA, Canonical, Rancher/SUSE, HashiCorp).</p></li><li><p>Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with a high degree of autonomy. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills and Team Fit</strong></p><ul><li><p>Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in how AI infrastructure works under the hood.</p></li><li><p>Strong cross-functional collaborator — comfortable engaging with engineers, product managers, and executives alike.</p></li><li><p>Structured thinker who can manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing narrative coherence.</p></li><li><p>Passion for open source, developer communities, and the cloud-native ecosystem.</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward shipping content and iterating quickly.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, Ray, or similar infrastructure tooling.</p></li><li><p>Background in or exposure to AI/ML engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in or familiarity with companies like RunPod, SpectroCloud, Rafay, Anyscale, Hugging Face, Together AI, or Modal.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting analyst relations or contributing to industry research and reports.</p></li><li><p>CNCF ecosystem knowledge or cloud/Kubernetes certifications a plus.</p></li></ul>
