Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Media Strategy Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated media campaigns. This role is responsible for developing data-driven media strategies across digital and traditional channels to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and ROI. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with creative thinking and has a deep understanding of audience targeting, media buying, and performance measurement. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, programmatic, TV, radio, and print) • Analyze audience insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, analytics) and external media agencies • Oversee media budgets, allocations, and forecasting to ensure optimal ROI • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, impressions, conversions) • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, DSPs, social media platforms) for reporting and insights • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders • Stay up to date with emerging media trends, technologies, and platforms Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field • 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or strategy • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs) • Experience managing budgets and optimizing performance campaigns • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel) • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Core Competencies • Strategic Thinking • Data Analysis & Insights • Campaign Optimization • Budget Management • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Innovation & Trend Awareness Preferred Qualifications • Experience in agency or high-growth digital environment • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms • Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) Benefits • Competitive hourly compensation • Remote work flexibility • Performance bonuses and incentives • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunities.
