CRISIS LINE CLINICIAN (WEEKEND NIGHTS)

Be the calm voice that helps someone find hope in their hardest moment. Schedule: Saturdays 11:45p-Sunday 8a, Sunday 11:45p-Monday 8a *Remote position, must be a Missouri resident. As a Crisis Line Clinician with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide immediate, person-centered support to individuals reaching out through our Disaster Line. You’ll help identify needs, offer compassionate crisis intervention, and connect callers to services and resources that promote safety, stability, and hope. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping others through moments of crisis. You’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals in our rural communities and ensuring they have access to care—anytime, day or night.
