Job description
<p>As an CAMUNDA Business Analyst you will:</p><ul><li>Discuss with the business about financial instruments and their management processes workflow.</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders as users, sponsors, project teams or dev team;</li><li>Refine epics and user stories with the PO and the team;</li><li>Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements;</li><li>Write and update Confluence documentation, prepare and perform presentations of new features;</li><li>Help define data mappings between systems;</li><li>Support, with your process and data analysis, the SIT and UATs;</li><li>Support PROD project functional bugs analysis;</li><li>Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.</li><li>Develop and execute the product roadmap.</li><li>Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.</li><li>Support the PO on the prioritization and maintenance of the Sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.</li><li>Support the team and the product</li></ul>
<p>Required skills</p><ul><li>4 years of experience in similar roles and technologies</li><li>Knowledge of Financial instruments</li><li>Organizational, efficient communication and time management skills</li><li>English level requested: C1</li><li>Experience of working in Agile Teams, with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and tools, like JIRA and Confluence</li></ul><p>Nice to have skills</p><ul><li>Experience with Camunda 8 or another BPMN process orchestrator</li><li>Experience with ElasticSearch and Kibana</li><li>Experience with json and xml data analysis</li><li>Experience with Acceptance Criteria definition</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finances, Economics or Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field;</li><li>Spanish skills</li></ul>
