Overview: We invite you to join our development team focused on quality assurance for web-based gaming products. In this role, you will contribute to delivering reliable, user-friendly, and high-quality experiences across our platforms. Purpose of the role: The primary focus of this role is frontend manual testing with an end-to-end approach to ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience. As a Middle Manual QA Engineer, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of web-based gaming products. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about UI/UX quality and enjoys working on modern, high-load digital products. Key responsibilities: • Perform manual testing of complex web applications. • Create, review, and maintain test documentation in TestRail. • Execute cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility across multiple devices and environments. • Identify usability issues and proactively suggest UI/UX improvements. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Account Managers, and development teams to clarify requirements and quality expectations. • Report, verify, and re-test defects following QA best practices and internal processes. • Maintain and update the internal QA knowledge base. • Follow internal QA processes, standards, and company policies. • Research new QA tools, technologies, and testing approaches to improve team efficiency. Required Experience: • 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, primarily working on web applications. • Experience in manual testing of complex web-based products. • Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing. • Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, etc.). • Experience working with task and defect management systems (Jira, GitLab or similar). • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. • Experience using browser Developer Tools for troubleshooting and investigation. • Understanding of HTTP fundamentals. • Understanding of the client-server architecture. • Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis (RCA) skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. • Strong attention to detail while effectively managing multiple priorities. • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Self-organization, responsibility, and willingness to learn. • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. • Russian — Native or near-native proficiency (mandatory). • English — Intermediate (B1) or higher. Nice to have: • Previous experience establishing or improving QA processes. • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
