Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Digital Analytics Specialist to enable data-driven decision-making across our digital platforms. The person in this role will provide actionable insights through ad-hoc and structured analyses, develop and maintain dashboards, validate tracking implementations, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and UX teams to optimise user journeys, conversion funnels, and campaign performance. Responsibilities • Design, implement and maintain measurement plans and tracking using Google Tag Manager and related tools. • Collect, process and interpret data from Google Analytics 4 and complementary analytics platforms to inform strategic decisions. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders. • Analyse conversion funnels, user journeys and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimisation. • Conduct tracking validation and troubleshooting to ensure data quality and integrity across digital properties. • Perform ad-hoc analyses and structured analytics projects that translate data into clear recommendations for marketing, product and UX teams. • Use session replay and behavioural analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar or similar) to supplement quantitative insights with qualitative user behaviour evidence. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support A/B testing and other experiment designs, where applicable, and translate results into actionable guidance. Qualifications • Proven experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) . • Practical experience with session replay or behavioural analytics tools such as Hotjar or equivalent. • Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards and present insights in a clear, stakeholder-oriented manner. • Experience analysing conversion funnels, user journeys and campaign performance. • Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and validation processes. • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX). • Nice-to-have: familiarity with Power BI, Google Search Console, SQL / BigQuery, and experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis. • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in analytics, data science, marketing analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
