ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, IOT

<p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>Total Experience 13+ years.</li><li>Deep expertise in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), including Commercial Office, Retail, Industrial &amp; Logistics, Residential &amp; Multifamily, Hospitality, and Mixed-Use asset classes.</li><li>Strong understanding of the end-to-end Real Estate value chain, including Portfolio &amp; Asset Management, Leasing, Property &amp; Facility Management, CapEx Planning, Sustainability, Compliance, and Tenant Experience.</li><li>Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs involving PropTech, Smart Buildings, IoT, Digital Twins, AI/GenAI, BIM, and Enterprise Real Estate platforms.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Property Management Systems (Yardi, MRI, SAP RE-FX), IWMS (Archibus, Planon, IBM TRIRIGA), CAFM/CMMS, and ESG/Sustainability solutions.</li><li>Proven ability to connect business outcomes to technology solutions, develop business cases, ROI models, and technology roadmaps.</li><li>Experience conducting CXO workshops, advisory engagements, digital maturity assessments, presales, proposal creation, and consulting practice development for CRE and Capital Projects Technology.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.</li><li>Exposure to AI/GenAI, IoT, Cloud, Data &amp; Analytics in Real Estate is highly desirable.</li></ul><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Act as the Real Estate &amp; PropTech Domain SME, driving consulting engagements and shaping the practice point of view.</li><li>Lead CXO workshops, discovery sessions, digital maturity assessments, and strategic advisory engagements for Real Estate clients.</li><li>Drive presales, solutioning, proposal development, business case creation, and technology roadmap definition.</li><li>Advise clients on portfolio modernization, Smart Buildings, PropTech adoption, sustainability initiatives, and digital transformation programs to improve NOI, reduce OpEx, and enhance tenant experience.</li><li>Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, thought leadership assets, whitepapers, and industry perspectives.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineering, AI, IoT, cloud, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions and ensure successful execution.</li><li>Support governance, steering committees, and outcome tracking for large transformation programs while representing the organization through client engagements, industry events, and practice-building initiatives.</li></ul> <p>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field</p>
