Accountabilities:
The Engineer, InfraOps will be responsible for managing and improving infrastructure operations, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient technology environments. The role requires strong technical ownership, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver reliable platforms.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize infrastructure environments to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting activities across infrastructure platforms.
• Automate operational processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure issues through effective diagnosis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to support seamless delivery of digital solutions.
• Implement and maintain best practices for system reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating tools, processes, and infrastructure capabilities.
• Support incident management activities and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
Requirements:

• Experience in infrastructure operations, cloud environments, system administration, or related engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts, networking, operating systems, and system reliability practices.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment processes, monitoring solutions, and infrastructure management practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD processes, and modern engineering workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
• Good communication skills and the ability to document and explain technical concepts.
