Accountabilities: The role focuses on analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting successful ServiceNow implementations, particularly within Integrated Risk Management (IRM) environments. Key responsibilities include: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process objectives for ServiceNow implementations. • Understand customer needs, recommend strategies, and develop plans that improve business processes and operational effectiveness. • Own business requirements, manage priorities, and align expectations with clients and end users. • Perform impact analysis on existing business processes and IRM functions to identify improvement opportunities. • Create functional specifications, wireframes, mock-ups, and documentation to support delivery teams. • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare demonstrations and presentations for client stakeholders. • Contribute to the creation of test scripts, acceptance criteria, and validation scenarios. • Facilitate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize platform usage and business workflows. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience combined with hands-on ServiceNow expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Required qualifications and skills include: • 5+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst. • Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM). • Strong understanding of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms. • Experience with ServiceNow capabilities including integrations, Security Center, upgrades, debugging, and custom applications. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery practices. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and simplify complex business challenges. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. • Excellent documentation skills and experience communicating requirements clearly. • Strong relationship management skills with customers, users, and cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience. • Willingness to continue learning and obtaining ServiceNow certifications and module accreditations. • Preferred certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
