SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

Accountabilities: The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for developing advanced analytical solutions, building predictive models, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven insights. The role requires strong technical expertise, business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. • Design and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and analytical solutions to address complex business challenges. • Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, correlations, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and statistical techniques to enhance predictive capabilities. • Translate business requirements into effective data science solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Apply data science best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. • Support process optimization initiatives and contribute expertise to improve analytical workflows. • Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues while promoting strong data science practices. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced data science professional with a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and programming. They should be comfortable working independently, managing complex projects, and communicating insights effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. • Extensive experience in data science, including developing and implementing complex models and analytical solutions. • Strong Python programming skills and experience with statistical programming and mathematical analysis. • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, data visualization, and analytical tools. • Experience working with clinical data or platforms such as Databricks is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
