SENIOR STAFF ENGINEER, DELIVERY ETIL

Accountabilities: The Senior Staff Engineer, Delivery ETIL will provide technical leadership and support the successful delivery of complex engineering initiatives. The role involves guiding teams, ensuring high-quality solutions, and contributing to best practices across software development and delivery. • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable digital solutions aligned with business and technical objectives. • Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams, supporting strong development practices and engineering excellence. • Drive architectural decisions and contribute to building reliable, maintainable, and high-performing systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define solutions, and deliver successful outcomes. • Identify technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and support teams in resolving complex engineering problems. • Promote continuous improvement across development processes, tools, and delivery methodologies. • Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding practices, security principles, and engineering best practices. • Contribute to innovation initiatives by exploring new technologies and improving existing capabilities.
