Job description
<p>Provide technical support and coordinate IT services for laboratory and R&D environments, including workplace systems, scientific applications and kiosk solutions. The role combines hands-on support with service coordination, SLA tracking and participation in technology transformation initiatives.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver technical support for laboratory applications, R&D workstations and kiosk PCs;</li><li>Manage requests for hardware, software and user account creation;</li><li>Install, configure and update applications across their lifecycle;</li><li>Support software deployment and application packaging activities;</li><li>Coordinate setup and delivery of new laboratory and kiosk devices;</li><li>Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLA targets;</li><li>Maintain inventory data in CMDB/Helix and Active Directory;</li><li>Support account administration and periodic access reviews;</li><li>Track software licensing usage and support procurement processes;</li><li>Contribute to Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration activities;</li><li>Monitor service KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives;</li><li>Collaborate with users, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.</li></ul>
<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Workplace or End-User Computing;</li><li>Experience supporting laboratory, scientific or R&D environments;</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows environments and application support;</li><li>Experience with Active Directory and ITSM or CMDB tools;</li><li>Understanding of infrastructure, networks and software deployment;</li><li>Experience in system migration projects;</li><li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills;</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively;</li><li>Professional proficiency in English.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Additional Valued Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Laboratory applications such as ACD/Labs, OpenLab or ChemStation;</li><li>LIMS, ELN or similar scientific systems;</li><li>BMC Helix or equivalent tools;</li><li>SCCM, MECM, Intune or similar deployment platforms;</li><li>Software asset and licensing management;</li><li>Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical or industrial environments;</li><li>French language.</li></ul>
