Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Supervisor Location: California Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for California clinical supervisors who can support associate and pre-licensed mental health professionals with clear, practical guidance. This role is ideal for supervisors who enjoy helping clinicians build confidence through case review, documentation support, and ethical consultation. Key Responsibilities • Provide supervision to associate and developing clinicians • Support clinical documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and case consultation • Help supervisees build confidence and professional readiness • Follow California supervision requirements • Maintain consistent and organized supervision records • Active California clinical license in good standing • Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Must be qualified to provide supervision under California board rules • Previous supervision experience preferred Join Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform here: https://find-supervisor.gothamenterprisesltd.com
