Mental Health Therapist Supervisor Location: Iowa Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Iowa clinical supervisors who can help developing clinicians grow with confidence and structure. Supervisors in this role provide guidance around casework, documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Supervise developing mental health professionals • Support case review, ethics, documentation, and treatment planning • Help supervisees meet professional standards • Follow Iowa licensing and supervision requirements • Maintain consistent supervision structure and records • Active Iowa clinical license in good standing • Eligible license types may include Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) • Must be qualified to supervise under Iowa board rules • Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred Join Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform here: https://find-supervisor.gothamenterprisesltd.com
