Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Supervisor Location: Maryland Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Maryland clinical supervisors who can provide strong guidance to developing mental health professionals. This role is a good fit for supervisors who enjoy helping clinicians improve their clinical judgment, documentation, ethical decision-making, and confidence in practice. Key Responsibilities • Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance • Review documentation, treatment plans, ethics, and casework • Support supervisees as they build clinical judgment • Follow Maryland supervision and licensing standards • Maintain clear supervision structure and records • Active Maryland clinical license in good standing • Eligible license types may include Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) • Must meet Maryland requirements to provide supervision • Prior supervision experience preferred Join Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform here: https://find-supervisor.gothamenterprisesltd.com
